General Salon Policy
++ Extra guests & Children are not permitted unless being serviced.
++ To keep the salon clean, outside food is not allowed
++ Gossiping and bad mouthing is STRICTLY PROHIBITED! (This is a non negotiable you will be given one warning before you are banned from being serviced)
++ We prefer you to detangle your hair to the best of your ability, if your stylist exceeds 10 mins of detangling you will be charged a detangling fee to compensate for time
++ Pictures and videos will be taken during every service to track growth &/or promote our business (Salon & Products included)
++ We do not provide instant gratification. Results will not happen overnight.
++ You will be held responsible to pay for your service fee in full prior to leaving the salon understanding that we do not offer refunds. Time can not be refunded
All appointments require a 25% deposit to secure your desired appointment time. All deposits are NONREFUNDABLE but are credited towards your service balance. Deposits are transferable ONE time in the event a reschedule is needed within the permitted reschedule time frame. Deposits are forfeited if you are 15 minutes or more late, no call no show, or reschedule in under 24 hours. A late fee of $25 is assessed after 20 minutes and after 30 mins your appointment is cancelled.
RESCHEDULING & CANCELLING:
Life happens we totally understand but please be mindful that if you need to reschedule or cancel for any reason that it needs to be done within 24 hours of your reserved appointment time to give time to rebook in that slot.
LATE CANCELLATION/ NO CALL NO SHOW:
If your appointment is not canceled or rescheduled in the appropriate timeframe you will be banned from booking appointments. You will be charged 100% of your booked service total and that will be due before you are permitted to book another appt.
Tuesdays & Wednesdays are available to book at an additional fee of $100.
