The Muse Legacy
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: September 15, 2026
Enrollment Period: September 15, 2026 – October 31, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in The Muse Legacy, Community Support purchases, and related partnership opportunities offered by Phenom Muse LLC (“Phenom Muse”).
By purchasing a Muse Legacy tier or Community Supporter product, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the applicable terms below.
1. ABOUT THE MUSE LEGACY
The Muse Legacy is a limited-time opportunity created in celebration of the continued growth and next chapter of Phenom Muse.
The Muse Legacy allows clients and supporters to make a one-time Legacy Contribution and receive specified benefits based on the selected Legacy level.
The Muse Legacy is not a membership, subscription, gift certificate, prepaid service package, investment, ownership interest, security, loan, or charitable donation.
A Legacy Contribution does not provide the purchaser with any ownership, equity, voting rights, profit participation, repayment rights, or other financial interest in Phenom Muse LLC.
2. LEGACY ENROLLMENT PERIOD
Muse Legacy enrollment opens September 15, 2026 and closes October 31, 2026, unless Phenom Muse elects to extend, modify, suspend, or end the enrollment period.
Purchasing during the enrollment period secures the benefits associated with the Legacy level selected at the time of purchase.
Closing of the enrollment period does not terminate benefits already activated for existing Legacy holders.
3. LEGACY LEVELS & BENEFITS
ROOT — $75 Legacy Contribution
Root includes:
5% off eligible Phenom Muse services for 12 months from the enrollment date.
Root holders may also receive early access to select Phenom Muse promotions, events and experiences and Muse Legacy recognition.
BLOOM — $150 Legacy Contribution
Bloom includes:
10% off eligible Phenom Muse services for 18 months from the enrollment date.
Bloom also includes applicable Root benefits, a $25 Muse Society credit, and enhanced early access to select Phenom Muse opportunities.
LEGACY — $300 Legacy Contribution
Legacy includes:
15% off eligible Phenom Muse services for 24 months from the enrollment date.
Legacy also includes applicable Bloom benefits, a $50 Muse Society credit, priority access to select booking opportunities, an exclusive Muse Legacy keepsake, and special Legacy recognition.
4. BENEFIT PERIOD
The Legacy benefit period begins on the purchaser's recorded enrollment/purchase date, not the date of the purchaser's first appointment.
Benefit periods are:
Root: 12 months
Bloom: 18 months
Legacy: 24 months
Benefits expire at the end of the applicable benefit period.
Unused discounts, credits, benefits, opportunities, or perks do not convert to cash and are not extended solely because the purchaser did not use them during the applicable benefit period.
5. PERSONAL LEGACY CODES
Eligible Legacy holders will receive a personal Legacy coupon or promotional code used to apply their applicable service savings.
Legacy codes are:
Personal to the Legacy holder and non-transferable.
Codes may not be sold, shared, transferred, duplicated, publicly posted, or knowingly used by another person.
Phenom Muse reserves the right to verify the identity of the person attempting to use a Legacy benefit.
Misuse or unauthorized sharing of a Legacy code may result in the code being deactivated and Legacy privileges being suspended or terminated.
6. ELIGIBLE SERVICES
Legacy savings apply only to eligible Phenom Muse hair services designated by Phenom Muse.
Eligible offerings may include select:
Silk Press services, Natural Hair Maintenance services, Loc Maintenance services, Protective Styles, and select Elevated Experiences.
The Legacy discount is applied to the final eligible service total, unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges based on hair length, density, hair added, service requirements, additional time, product usage, or other applicable adjustments remain subject to the Legacy discount only when Phenom Muse designates those charges as part of the eligible service total.
Service availability and eligibility may change as the Phenom Muse service menu evolves.
7. EXCLUDED SERVICES & PURCHASES
Unless Phenom Muse expressly states otherwise, Legacy discounts do not apply to:
Intro Experiences; Fresh Start Experiences; Muse Society memberships or subscription payments; retail products; service packages; workshops or classes; special or event pricing; promotional pricing; third-party services; Community Support purchases; partnership contributions; gift certificates; or other excluded offerings designated by Phenom Muse.
8. NO DISCOUNT STACKING
Muse Legacy discounts cannot be combined or “stacked” with other coupons, discounts, promotional offers, package pricing, special/event pricing, or other reduced pricing unless Phenom Muse specifically authorizes the combination.
When more than one discount or benefit could apply, Phenom Muse may require the client to select which eligible benefit they would like to use.
9. NEW MUSES
Purchasing The Muse Legacy does not bypass Phenom Muse's new-client requirements.
New Muses must complete the appropriate Intro Experience and comply with all applicable new-client policies before accessing services that require completion of the Intro Experience.
Purchasing Legacy does not guarantee acceptance as a client or immediate appointment availability.
10. APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY
Legacy participation does not guarantee specific appointment dates, times, services, stylists, or availability.
All appointments remain subject to Phenom Muse's normal booking availability, service requirements, scheduling policies, cancellation policies, and client policies.
“Priority access” included with the Legacy level means access to select booking opportunities designated by Phenom Muse. It does not guarantee that every requested appointment can be accommodated.
11. MUSE SOCIETY
The Muse Legacy and Muse Society are separate programs.
Purchasing a Legacy level does not automatically enroll the purchaser in Muse Society.
Legacy holders may participate in Muse Society separately if eligible.
Legacy discounts and Muse Society discounts, promotional benefits, package pricing, or other reduced pricing cannot be combined unless Phenom Muse expressly states otherwise.
Muse Society credits included with Bloom or Legacy are subject to the applicable Muse Society rules and have no cash value.
12. EARLY & PRIORITY ACCESS
References to “early access,” “enhanced early access,” or “priority access” mean that Phenom Muse may provide qualifying Legacy holders with opportunities to access certain announcements, booking opportunities, events, experiences, promotions, or releases before general availability.
Early or priority access does not guarantee availability, purchase, admission, booking, inventory, or participation.
Certain opportunities may have limited capacity and remain available on a first-come, first-served basis.
13. LEGACY KEEPSAKES & RECOGNITION
Certain Legacy levels include recognition and/or a commemorative keepsake.
Keepsake design, format, availability, fulfillment method, and delivery timing are determined by Phenom Muse.
Keepsakes and recognition have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a service discount, cash refund, or account credit.
14. LEGACY CONTRIBUTIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Legacy Contributions are used to secure participation in the selected Muse Legacy level and activate the corresponding benefits.
Legacy Contributions are non-refundable once purchased, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Legacy purchases cannot be converted into cash, transferred to another person, or exchanged for another Legacy holder's benefits.
If a purchaser mistakenly selects the wrong Legacy level, they should contact Phenom Muse promptly. Any adjustment or upgrade is subject to Phenom Muse approval.
Purchasing a Legacy level does not constitute prepayment for a specific salon appointment.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT
15. COMMUNITY SUPPORTER PURCHASE
Individuals who want to support the next chapter of Phenom Muse without receiving Legacy service benefits may purchase the Phenom Muse Community Supporter digital product.
The current Community Supporter purchase includes a commemorative Official Phenom Muse Community Supporter Certificate delivered digitally.
Community Support does not include:
Legacy service discounts, appointment credits, Muse Society credits, priority booking, salon services, ownership rights, financial returns, or other Legacy-level benefits.
The certificate is commemorative and has no cash or redemption value.
16. DIGITAL CERTIFICATE
The Community Supporter Certificate is a digital product.
Because the certificate is universal, it may not contain the purchaser's individual name or contribution amount.
Purchasers may retain and print their certificate for personal use.
The certificate and Phenom Muse branding may not be altered, reproduced for commercial resale, used to falsely represent an official business relationship, or used to imply sponsorship, endorsement, employment, ownership, or affiliation beyond Community Supporter status.
17. COMMUNITY SUPPORT PURCHASES & REFUNDS
Community Supporter purchases are voluntary purchases made in support of the continued growth of Phenom Muse.
Because the accompanying certificate is a digital product that may be delivered or made accessible shortly after purchase, Community Supporter purchases are final and non-refundable once the digital product has been delivered or accessed, except where required by applicable law.

BUSINESS & COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS
18. PARTNERSHIP INQUIRIES
Businesses, organizations, and individuals interested in providing larger financial, in-kind, sponsorship, collaborative, or professional support may submit a Phenom Muse Partnership Inquiry.
Submitting an inquiry:
Does not create a contract; does not obligate the person or organization to provide funds or services; does not obligate Phenom Muse to accept a proposed partnership; and does not create a sponsorship, endorsement, or business relationship.
Any specific partnership terms, financial commitments, sponsorship benefits, deliverables, recognition, or obligations must be separately agreed upon by Phenom Muse and the prospective partner.
19. FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS DISCLOSURE
Phenom Muse LLC is a for-profit business.
Muse Legacy Contributions, Community Supporter purchases, partnership contributions, sponsorship payments, and other payments made directly to Phenom Muse LLC are not represented by Phenom Muse as charitable donations or tax-deductible charitable contributions.
Purchasers and partners are responsible for consulting their own tax or financial professionals regarding the treatment of any payment.
Participation does not create an ownership interest or investment in Phenom Muse LLC.

GENERAL TERMS
20. EXISTING PHENOM MUSE POLICIES
Participation in The Muse Legacy does not replace Phenom Muse's standard salon policies.
Clients remain subject to applicable booking, deposit, cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, service, guest, refund, and other salon policies.
If a Legacy benefit conflicts with a standard promotional offer or pricing rule, Phenom Muse will determine which benefit applies to the transaction consistent with these Terms.
21. CHANGES TO SERVICES & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Phenom Muse is an evolving business.
Service names, pricing, staff, appointment availability, operating hours, booking systems, product offerings, and other aspects of the business may change during a Legacy holder's benefit period.
A change in regular service pricing does not terminate the applicable Legacy percentage benefit. The applicable percentage will continue to be calculated against eligible service pricing in effect at the time of service.
Phenom Muse may make reasonable administrative changes to how Legacy benefits are tracked, verified, booked, or redeemed without eliminating the core percentage discount and benefit duration purchased by the Legacy holder.
22. PROGRAM MISUSE
Phenom Muse reserves the right to suspend or terminate Legacy privileges in cases of fraud, payment disputes, chargebacks, abuse of benefits, unauthorized code sharing, harassment, repeated policy violations, or other material misuse of the program.
Where appropriate and permitted by law, termination resulting from misuse does not entitle the participant to a refund.
23. COMMUNICATION
Legacy purchasers are responsible for providing accurate contact information.
Program information, benefit codes, early-access opportunities, updates, and other communications may be sent to the email address, phone number, or other contact information supplied by the purchaser.
Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information current.
24. LIMITATION OF TRANSFER
Legacy status and benefits belong to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred, resold, assigned, gifted, inherited, or exchanged unless Phenom Muse expressly approves an exception in writing.
Community Supporter status likewise does not create transferable financial or service rights.
25. MODIFICATIONS TO THESE TERMS
Phenom Muse may update these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary to address operational, administrative, legal, technological, or program changes.
Changes will not be used to retroactively eliminate the core service-discount percentage or original benefit duration already purchased by an active Legacy holder, except where a change is required by law or necessary to address fraud, abuse, or circumstances outside Phenom Muse's reasonable control.
The current version of these Terms will be made available through Phenom Muse's website.

27. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a Muse Legacy or Community Supporter purchase, the purchaser acknowledges that they:
Have reviewed these Terms & Conditions; understand the benefits and limitations associated with their purchase; understand that Phenom Muse LLC is a for-profit business; understand that their payment is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation; and agree to comply with the applicable Phenom Muse policies and program rules.
